A father of two boys and raised in a family of restaurateurs, he combines tradition, discipline and genuine hospitality to create a place where quality and connection matter equally.

OUR STORY

The Beginning – Le Café Years

(Family Roots & Tradition)

My journey began at Le Café, a family-run restaurant led by my father, Alain Benazet.
It was a time when quality alone defined success.
Together with my siblings, I learned discipline, respect for ingredients, and—most importantly—the importance of personal relationships with our guests.

Le Café became known for its consistency, its warmth, and dishes that people still remember today.

2009 – A Turning Point

(The Birth of Coppola)

At the beginning of the economic crisis, it was time for a decision.
Instead of renewing a long-term contract, I chose to start something new.

A small space with big potential: the old Coppola.
A tiny kitchen. A small terrace.
Simple, manageable—but full of opportunity.

It was a fresh start rooted in experience.

Growth & Refinement

(Pizza & People)

The new location allowed us to redefine our identity.
Coppola became “Pizza & People” — not about being the best pizza on the island, but about making the pizza our guests truly love.

We expanded the menu, introduced signature dishes, and built a team that understood one thing clearly:
service is about connection.

From sunset dinners by the sea to affordable quality for everyone — Coppola found its voice.

Today – New Times, Same Commitment

Today, we continue welcoming both long-time Le Café guests and new generations discovering Port Andratx.
